i found the location convenient. the royal mile was just a short walk away. i was pleased with the really good shower and the comfortable beds.

the couch could accommodate only two people so extra seating would be useful.

the location worked great. It was in close proximity to the royal mile and st giles. a good coffee shop was next door. They accommodated our luggage before check in.

the unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Food had been left in the fridge and freezer. Cardboard coasters on the table looked used, they had some stains on them.

the location was fantastic, right off the royal mile. newly refurbished apartments welcomed me. the entrance hall felt very cute and the apartment itself was spacious with everything needed. i appreciated the clear self check-in instructions too.

the air conditioning unfortunately did not cool the hotel down very well. the temperature was about 24c in the living room, quite warm. i felt more seating was needed in the living room, as the couch is quite small. i think a second small sofa could double the seating.
